Position Details

  • Teaching Hours: Morning shift: 3 AM - 6 AM SAST | Afternoon shift: 2 PM - 6 PM SAST (Mon-Sun)
  • Weekdays: Minimum 4 peak hours daily
  • Weekends: Minimum 5 peak hours daily
  • Rate: $6 USD per hour
  • Contract Type: Independent Service Provider

Minimum Qualifications

  • English first language speaker
  • Minimum 1 year of online teaching experience
  • Completed tertiary qualification (Diploma or Degree)
  • Accredited 120-hour+ TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification
  • Clean criminal record

Tech Requirements

  • PC: Intel® Core™ i5 CPU @2.0GHz (2 Cores/4 CPUs) or better, 8GB RAM+
  • Internet: Stable fiber (20 Mbps upload, 30 Mbps download) via LAN
  • Backup Power: UPS with 4–5 hours of battery life
  • Equipment: Noise-cancelling headset, HD webcam (720p), quiet well-lit teaching space
