Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, structured English lessons using a proven curriculum
• Inspire and support students from diverse backgrounds
• Create a positive and interactive virtual classroom
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback

Shift Times (SAST)

• Monday to Friday: 11:00–15:30
• Saturday to Sunday: 03:00–05:30
• Saturday to Sunday: 08:00–15:30

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (any field)
• 120-hour TEFL/TESOL certificate
• Neutral English accent with excellent communication
• Confidence with Zoom and basic tech tools
• Strong online classroom presence

Technical Requirements

• Laptop/PC with Intel Core i5, quad-core, and 8GB RAM
• Stable fibre internet: minimum 25 Mbps up/down via LAN cable
• UPS with 4–5 hours of backup power
• Mini UPS for fibre router
• Noise-cancelling headset, HD webcam, quiet professional space

Salary & Benefits

Monthly Salary: R10,000 – R20,000
