About the Role

Global Teacher Recruitment is seeking passionate and enthusiastic ESL teachers to join their team in Macau. Their teaching philosophy focuses on play-based education within a tailor-made curriculum, emphasizing fun, energy, and positive reinforcement.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Teach small classes of 4 to 12 students aged 2.5 to 12 years old
• Use a tailor-made curriculum with lesson plans and materials provided
• Receive full support from the in-country support team
• Training on arrival, including lesson observation at learning centres
• Maximum of 28 teaching hours per week
• Two days off per week plus all national public holidays and yearly term breaks
• Contract completion bonus available

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (any discipline) with transcripts
• Minimum 120-hour TEFL certificate
• Native-level English proficiency
• Teaching experience is beneficial but not essential

Package & Remuneration

• MOP 21,000 per month salary
• Training bonus of MOP 6,000 upon completion
• Contract completion bonus of MOP 8,000
• Flight reimbursement of MOP 5,000 (after one year)
• Furnished, shared apartment available at a reduced rental fee (optional)
• Full visa sponsorship and guidance throughout application process
